We hire outliers - people who have achieved difficult things, in their careers or beyond. You'll find leaders, colleagues who've competed at the highest levels of sport, performed on Broadway, trained with UFC champions and founded the country’s largest Python community.
Where You’ll Create Impact:
Have ownership over the full sales cycle - from lead, through disco and demo, to signed contract
Run mid-market deals with 9-12 week sales cycle with ACV of 5 to 6 figures
Work with GTM, Partnership and Marketing to increase inbound pipeline
Generate your own outbound pipeline
Work with product, feeding what you hear from prospects back into the roadmap

Comfortable running multi-stakeholder deals
Structured and analytical, and a strong relationship builder
Coachable and hungry, energized by pace and ownership

Compensation & Benefits
Equity: £30,000 - £40,000
Base salary: £60,000 - £80,000
Commission: £60,000 - £80,000 (uncapped)
OTE: £120,000 - £160,000
