As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will have a mix of marketing expertise and business understanding with a natural eye for design across print and digital mediums. You will possess the drive to inspire dynamic ideas which connect with our audience. You will be working with a team of designers and videographers in close partnership with the editorial and marketing wings, working alongside the Creative Director to assist in overseeing the creative process and offering guidance to the design team.
In this role, you will :
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
- Oversee design projects from conception to delivery.
- Design banners and communication materials for different purposes and channels: email marketing,
newsletters, and social networks.
- Design online and offline marketing collateral (e.g. brochures, catalogues and social media).
- Contribute actively to the planning and implementation of the brand management strategy.
- Design graphic presentations, design data reports and/or infographics, animations, and be able to
work/manipulate digital photographs.
- Receive and understand design briefs.
- Think creatively to produce new ideas and design concepts.
- Liaise with marketing and wider design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.
- Support junior graphic designers' work to ensure high quality and champion brand consistency.
Requirements
Qualifications
- BA (Hons) Graphic/Visual/Multimedia design.
- Proven design examples/portfolio of work at the required level.
Experience
- A minimum of 8 years of overall experience.
- Video editing and website design expertise will be beneficial.
Knowledge
- Fluent in Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro,Adobe After Effects).
- Expert typography/layout knowledge.
