Project Manager (R-19976)

Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Project Manager to lead strategic automation, AI, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives within Research Operations and Automation. This role will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Research Operations, Analytics, and senior business leaders to identify opportunities, drive innovation, and deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise, analytical problem-solving skills, business process transformation experience, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects supporting Research Operations and Automation.
• Develop project plans, milestones, success metrics, and governance mechanisms.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across multiple teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Operations, and Analytics teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend approaches that improve business processes.
• Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, quality gaps, and operational risks.
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish best practices, standard operating procedures, controls, and governance frameworks.
• Define KPIs and success criteria; develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to measure program impact.
• Present program progress, risks, insights, and recommendations to senior management through data-driven storytelling.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical requirements and influence decisions through clear business cases.

key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Technology, Analytics, Operations, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, operations, business transformation, process improvement, or related functions.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience working with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Exposure automation technologies such as Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms.
• Experience implementing AI or Generative AI solutions within business processes.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or experience driving operational excellence initiatives.
