擔任 Advantech ARM產品經理，您將負責市場策略擬定、產品規劃與產品生命週期管理。聚焦於智慧製造、醫療、交通、網通、邊緣AI、戶外場域等垂直市場的嵌入式應用，根據市場趨勢與客戶需求，規劃差異化的模組解決方案。

此外，您亦將主導產品Roadmap規劃與新產品開發，協同跨部門團隊，推動產品從概念驗證到量產上市，並且組織與籌備產品的行銷策略與曝光計畫。透過與全球銷售及客戶技術團隊的合作，在全球市場推動產品並提高滲透，持續強化Advantech在全球嵌入式模組市場的領導地位。

工作職責

  • 洞察智慧製造、醫療、交通等垂直市場趨勢，主導 ARM 平台嵌入式模組產品 Roadmap 與技術藍圖規劃。
  • 定義具前瞻性與差異化的產品規格，對產品生命週期與毛利結構（BOM Cost）負有關鍵責任。
  • 主導產品開發生命週期，協同研發、NPI、供應鏈團隊，在專案關鍵節點進行規格釐清、時程控管與跨部門資源協調。
  • 主導Go-to-Market策略，協同全球業務與 Pre-sales 促進產品銷售與協助客戶Design-in，與行銷團隊共同籌備與執行產品的推廣專案。
  • 作為產品技術與商業窗口，支援客戶技術簡報、專案澄清及高階商務溝通。

必備條件

  • 3年以上高科技產業經驗，或2年以上硬體產品管理（Product Management）或嵌入式平台相關經驗。
  • 熟悉 ARM 模組規格、嵌入式硬體架構及 NPI 產品開發實務流程。
  • 具備優秀的跨部門溝通協調、商業談判與解決問題能力。
  • 英語聽說讀寫流利，能自信應對跨國會議與全英文商務書信。

加分條件

  • 熟悉嵌入式系統在AIoT、工業自動化、醫療設備、網通與伺服器等應用場域者。
  • 對新技術開發與導入具有興趣者佳。
  • 具軟體架構或開發的實務經驗佳。
  • 具ODM/OEM 客戶專案管理與國際市場操作經驗者佳。
  • 持有 PMP 證照或具 Agile 專案實務經驗者佳。
