We’re Hiring: Associate Manager Infrastructure Services
Location: Onsite - DXC Manila IPC McKinley Hill, Taguig City
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
Incident Management: Investigating, resolving, and troubleshooting technical issues across teams.
Change & Project Implementation: Planning and executing network changes and infrastructure projects.
Network Provisioning: Setting up, configuring, and deploying network services.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partnering with other technical units and service delivery teams to ensure optimal network performance.
Qualifications:
With 6-8 years of experience in the related industry.
Strong expertise in Network Administration
Proven experience in learning strategy, curriculum design, and training program management.
Cisco Routing & Switching: Core networking, routing protocols, and switching fundamentals.
Data Center Products: Management and support for enterprise data center infrastructure.
Wireless Solutions: Hands-on experience with Cisco and Meraki wireless environments.
Network Security & Firewalls: Expertise with Cisco, Fortinet, and Palo Alto security products.
