DXC Technology is seeking a Microsoft 365 Application Support Engineer to coordinate support cases, Microsoft escalations, operational reporting, and implementation-to-operations handover activities. The role focuses on service request management, Microsoft support case coordination, operational documentation, and knowledge transfer while working closely with internal teams and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Log customer service requests, provide reference numbers, and monitor support tickets through the CSP Help Desk.
• Coordinate escalations with Microsoft and communicate status updates, workarounds, and resolutions to stakeholders.
• Support Microsoft service credit requests and provide relevant program and product updates.
• Maintain accurate records of subscriptions, license changes, billing inquiries, support cases, renewals, and escalations.
• Prepare operational and usage reports, track open actions, risks, dependencies, and customer decisions.
• Support testing, stabilization, knowledge transfer activities, and administrator handover processes.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, user guidance, and support documentation.
• Participate in train-the-trainer sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Comply with security, confidentiality, data protection, and corporate governance requirements.

Job Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this role, you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 administration, application support, or IT service operations.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tenants, subscriptions, licensing models, and administrative portals.
• Strong service request tracking, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail, customer service mindset, and ownership of assigned tasks.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 E5, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Defender for Office 365 is preferred.
• ITIL Foundation and/or Microsoft certifications are preferred.
• Experience working in banking, financial services, or other regulated environments is an advantage.
• Vietnamese language proficiency is preferred.
