Hanoi, Vietnam | Full-time

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Collaboration & Endpoint Engineer to support the collaboration, device management, and workflow automation components of a large Microsoft 365 environment in Hanoi.

You will help ensure that SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Intune device management, and electronic approval workflows operate smoothly in an enterprise environment.

You will work alongside a senior engineer and collaborate with project stakeholders and implementation partners, with opportunities to further develop your Microsoft 365 expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the SharePoint Online environment, including department and project sites, document libraries, permissions at site, folder, and file levels, version management, and approval workflows.
• Support OneDrive for Business, including storage provisioning, synchronization restrictions, external sharing controls, and offboarding content transfers.
• Support Microsoft Teams, including teams and channels, meeting and recording policies, guest access controls, file-sharing integration, and message retention.
• Support Microsoft Intune device management, including device enrollment, compliance policies, and device-based access requirements.
• Support electronic approval workflow systems built on Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Forms, including workflow operations, request forms, notifications, approval history, SLA reminders, and escalations.
• Support document classification and information protection settings across collaboration workloads.
• Handle day-to-day technical service requests and incidents, investigate issues, and escalate to the senior engineer or implementation partner when required.
• Maintain audit logging for collaboration activities and produce audit and workflow exports to support internal and regulatory reviews.
• Participate in testing, stabilization, knowledge transfer, and administrator handover activities.
• Maintain operational procedures, user guidance, and configuration documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 collaboration workloads.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams administration.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tenant administration and the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
• Good understanding of permissions, sharing controls, and retention settings across collaboration workloads.
• Solid troubleshooting, documentation, and service request handling skills.
• Good written and spoken English for day-to-day collaboration with international colleagues.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Intune device management and compliance policies.
• Experience building or supporting workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, or Microsoft Forms.
• Exposure to Microsoft Purview classification, data loss prevention, or retention configuration.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-700, Microsoft Teams Administrator, or MS-102, Microsoft 365 Administrator.
• Experience working in a large enterprise or regulated industry.
