About the Role
We are inviting enthusiastic students to join our Network Engineering team as Interns. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in managing and supporting enterprise network infrastructure across data center and enterprise environments.
As a Network Engineering Intern, you will work alongside experienced engineers and be exposed to network design, troubleshooting, monitoring, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
A Level 1 Technician is responsible for the workflow and escalations of assigned tickets and problems.
Some of the primary duties include:
- Event Verification / Initial Triage
- Incident Record Opening
- Answer phone Calls
- Create / troubleshoot incident tickets
- Engage the vendor & field services as needed
- Create RCA's
- Execute RMA process
- Investigate, diagnose and validate incidents upon contact
Skillset:
Cisco devices
HPN devices (H3C / Procurve / 3com/Aruba ) - optional
F5 Load Balancer
Cloud Networking
Eligibility :
Must be currently enrolled in a degree or Diploma program (Any computer related program) at College or University
Intake:2026 / 2027
Duration: 6 months
Eligibility: Malaysian citizen
