Project Assistant - Internship

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1.Participate in cross-departmental meetings, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.

2.Help prepare project reports, operational data analysis, and presentation materials, ensuring timely submission to stakeholders.

3.Assist in procurement processes to support operational needs.

Requirements:

1.Basic knowledge of project management or operations, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.

2.Strong communication and coordination skills, with a collaborative team spirit.

3.Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively under pressure.

4.Fluent in Chinese and intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking).

5. 2027 summer graduates (undergraduate and graduate programs).

6. Internship period: September 2026 - end of June 2027

7. Availability: minimum 3 working days per week.
