Senior Software Engineer - IBM BAW

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

• Analyze business process requirements and translate them into technical workflow designs.
• Design workflow solutions using IBM Business Automation Workflow.
• Develop process applications, services, coaches (user interfaces), and integrations.
• Configure business rules and case management solutions.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, defect resolution, and production support.
• Integrate BAW with Java components, databases, REST services, SOAP services, and enterprise systems.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-base content.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, architects, and other technical teams.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues and support continuous improvement. Basic Qualifications:
• · Banking, insurance, finance, or other enterprise workflow projects.
• 4+ years of experience.
• · IBM Case Manager and IBM FileNet.
• · OpenShift, container platforms, or cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• · Solution design, customer-facing consulting, or technical leadership.
