数据开发工程师

Job Description:

工作职责：

1、数据仓库建设与开发：负责数据仓库分层架构设计与开发（ODS/DWD/DWS/ADS），基于医药业务场景构建主题域模型，确保数据模型的可扩展性与规范性

2、ETL/ELT流程开发：基于AWS Glue设计并开发数据抽取、清洗、转换与加载流程，实现多源异构数据的高效整合与标准化处理

3、数据指标开发与实现：根据业务需求和指标体系定义，完成原子指标、衍生指标、复合指标的开发落地，保障指标口径一致性与计算准确性

4、数据质量保障与优化：建立数据质量校验规则（完整性、一致性、及时性），开发数据监控与告警机制，持续优化数据处理性能

5、数据调度与运维支持：进行数据任务调度编排，确保T+1/准实时数据链路稳定运行，处理数据异常与故障排查，维护AWS云环境下的数据管道

6、技术文档与协作：编写数据开发技术文档，配合BA、数据架构师完成需求评审与技术方案落地

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、数据科学或相关专业，3-5年数据开发经验，具备医药/医疗健康行业数据项目经验者优先

2、熟悉AWS数据服务生态，具备AWS Glue、S3、Redshift、Lambda、CloudWatch等核心服务的实际项目经验，持有AWS相关认证（如AWS Data Analytics Specialty、Solutions Architect）者优先

3、精通SQL，熟练掌握至少一种大数据开发框架（Spark/Hive/Flink），具备数据仓库建模能力（维度建模、星型/雪花模型），有数据湖开发经验者加分

4、熟悉AWS Glue ETL开发，熟悉主流ETL工具（Informatica/DataStage/Kettle）及调度平台（Airflow/DolphinScheduler）

5、了解医药行业数据特点（多源异构、合规要求高、数据敏感性强），熟悉GxP数据完整性要求、NMPA法规对数据管理的影响者优先

6、良好的团队协作与问题解决能力，能承受项目交付压力; 良好的英语读写能力，能阅读英文技术文档，具备口语能力者优先
