Dyson is a technology company founded in 1991 by James Dyson after he built more than five thousand prototypes of a bagless vacuum cleaner that no established manufacturer would license. It applies high-speed digital motors and airflow engineering across vacuum cleaners, hair care products including the Supersonic and Airwrap, air purifiers, lighting and headphones, and sells almost entirely direct to consumers at premium prices. The company moved its head office from Wiltshire to Singapore in 2019 to sit closer to its Asian manufacturing and markets, remains privately held by the Dyson family, and funds an engineering university at its Malmesbury campus.

About us

Dyson is a global technology company. We develop pioneering technologies by bringing together curious minds, deep expertise and a relentless focus on improvement.

Dyson E-commerce creates seamless, data-led digital experiences that make discovering, understanding and buying Dyson technology online effortless, engaging and unmistakably Dyson.

About the role

This is a 12-month fixed-term, office-based role in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

As our Associate Product Adoption Manager, you will help turn digital product strategy into practical understanding and meaningful adoption across Dyson. Working alongside E-commerce Product Managers, you will connect product teams with business stakeholders, preparing users and markets for new capabilities and ensuring feedback informs product decisions.

You will translate complex product priorities into clear, engaging communications and enablement experiences. Through stakeholder engagement, training and adoption planning, you will help teams understand not only what is changing, but how new capabilities create value for the business and our customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as an ambassador for the product roadmap between Product teams, markets and business stakeholders.
  • Communicate product priorities, upcoming releases and experiments clearly to relevant audiences.
  • Develop and deliver adoption plans that prepare users and markets for new product capabilities.
  • Create practical enablement resources, including training materials, playbooks, launch guides and supporting content.
  • Facilitate training and engagement sessions that build understanding, confidence and readiness.
  • Coordinate release-readiness activities across markets, teams and business functions.
  • Gather stakeholder and market feedback, translating insights into useful input for product decision-making.
  • Define and track adoption success measures, providing clear updates on performance, sentiment and emerging opportunities.

About you

To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

  • At least two years’ relevant experience in product enablement, product operations, product marketing, customer success, training or a related discipline.
  • Experience developing and delivering training, enablement programmes or adoption initiatives.
  • Evidence of building productive relationships and engaging stakeholders across different teams or markets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Confident facilitation and presentation skills for a range of audiences.
  • Familiarity with product development processes, experimentation or digital product lifecycles.
  • Experience working in, or supporting, a global or multi-market organisation.
  • A collaborative, organised approach with the ability to take ownership and turn plans into action.
