About the Role
As Global Retail Product Owner, you will shape the future of Dyson's retail experience by building clienteling and omnichannel capabilities that help our store teams create meaningful, long-term customer relationships.
Working at the intersection of Retail, Customer Experience and Technology, you will partner closely with frontline store teams, Global Retail and Retail IT to design new customer journeys, improve store processes and deliver solutions that make it easier for retail colleagues to engage, convert and retain customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with market teams globally to analyse customer journeys, synthesise insights and inform product decisions.
- Design and optimise end-to-end customer journeys across stores, CRM and digital touchpoints.
- Develop clienteling capabilities that enable store teams to build stronger 1:1 customer relationships.
- Partner with market retail teams to understand frontline challenges and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience to elevate Dyson’s retail experience.
- Work closely with Retail IT to deliver new capabilities, enhancements and process improvements
- Translate business and user needs into product requirements.
- Drive adoption of new tools and ways of working across Dyson's retail network.
- Use customer, colleague and operational insights to inform product decisions and future enhancements.
About You
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience in Retail Operations, Retail Experience, Clienteling, CRM, Omnichannel Retail or Customer Experience.
- Deep understanding of how retail stores operate and how frontline teams engage customers.
- Experience improving customer journeys, store processes or retail technology solutions.
- Experience launching new programmes, capabilities or ways of working.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments and managing requirements through delivery.
Preferred
- Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Experience with clienteling, CRM, loyalty or customer engagement platforms.
- Experience with retail technology, POS or associate-facing tools.
- Experience within premium, luxury or customer-centric retail brands.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
