Role Summary

In your role as OD Partner - Workforce Planning & Economics you will lead workforce economics, workforce planning and workforce intelligence activities that enable leaders to make informed organizational and people investment decisions. You will analyze and optimize people costing and develop costing forecasting models, workforce scenarios, and predictive insights that optimize workforce allocation, organizational design, capability planning, and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Build workforce economics, people cost, and investment models that assess affordability, productivity, workforce allocation, location strategy, and return on workforce investment.
• Run scenario, sensitivity, and simulation analysis to quantify the organizational, operational, and financial impact of growth, restructuring, automation, skills, and transformation decisions.
• Design and automate scalable workforce planning dashboards, tools, data workflows, and decision-support solutions in partnership with HR Technology, IT, People Analytics, and Finance.
• Support enterprise strategic workforce planning across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons, ensuring workforce plans are aligned to business strategy, financial plans, capability priorities, and organizational requirements.
• Develop workforce demand and supply forecasts by function, geography, capability, and organizational unit to identify workforce risks, capacity constraints, and future talent requirements.
• Apply advanced analytics, statistical methods, Python, SQL, and machine learning techniques to workforce datasets, translating complex analysis into clear executive insights and recommendations.
• Provide executive decision support through workforce scorecards, investment recommendations, governance materials, and evidence-based challenge of assumptions in senior forums.
• Establish planning methodologies, governance standards, tools, and capability-building approaches that mature enterprise workforce planning and workforce economics practice across HR and the business.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics.
• Experience with enterprise HR systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Experience in workforce planning, workforce analytics, people analytics, financial planning, strategy, consulting, data science, or organizational effectiveness.
• Demonstrated experience building workforce forecasts, scenarios, cost models, or capacity models.
• Hands-on programming capability in Python and SQL, including data preparation, analysis, and model development.
• Experience working with large datasets, visualization tools, and enterprise data or HR technology platforms.
• Demonstrated experience building workforce forecasts, scenarios, cost models, or capacity models.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or a comparable visualization tool.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect workforce decisions with cost, productivity, capability, and business outcomes.
• Ability to communicate technical analysis to non-technical audiences
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, communication, consulting, written communication, and presentation skills.
