Business Development Manager: Turn partners into our biggest growth channel
San Francisco · On-site · Full-time
Job overview
Somewhere right now, a model provider has shipped a great new video model and is wondering how to get it in front of developers. Somewhere else, an agency is building its tenth AI project and would love one integration instead of ten.
At each::labs, our mission is to close the imagination gap. One API across 600+ image, video, audio and 3D models, with routing, fallback and predictable costs. 20,000+ developers already use it.
Partnerships are the fastest way to reach the rest. You're going to build them.
The role in one paragraph
You'll own how each::labs grows through other companies: model providers, app platforms, agencies and studios that can bring us many customers at once.
Some weeks you'll be negotiating pricing and early access with a model provider. Other weeks you'll be planning a joint launch with a platform whose users all need an API like ours. You'll work in San Francisco with our CEO, Eftal, and decide which partnerships deserve the founders' time.
What you'll actually do
- Map the partners that matter, from model providers to platforms, agencies and studios, and decide who we approach first
- Negotiate pricing, access and early availability of new models with providers
- Structure and close deals with platforms and resellers that bring us customers at scale
- Plan joint launches and co-marketing with partners, together with marketing and product
- Pass qualified leads to sales and track what each partnership is really worth
- Bring partner feedback to product and engineering, and make sure it gets heard
- Keep a partnership pipeline honest enough that leadership can plan around it
You might be a fit if…
- You've done business development or partnerships at a SaaS, API, AI or developer company, and closed real deals
- You can talk model quality with an ML team and margin with a finance team in the same afternoon
- You like deals where both sides win, and you know when to walk away
- You'd rather build a partner program than inherit one
- You already know people at AI labs, platforms or app studios (a plus, not a requirement)
- Interest in tech, AI, or product-led businesses
Probably not for you if…
- You need a ready list of partners and a polished deck before you start
- "Partnership" to you means a logo on a slide rather than revenue
- You'd rather sell one customer at a time than build a channel
- You aren't ready to be in the office in San Francisco
What we offer
- Eligibility for stock options
- 25 days annual leave, plus public holidays
- Annual salary reviews, and a bonus scheme after 6 months tied to MRR and product milestones
- On-site in San Francisco, next to our CEO, Eftal Yurtseven
- High trust, zero micromanagement. We care about outcomes, not hours.
