1. BRANCH COORDINATOR (2 POSITIONS)
Locations:
Solwezi (1 Position)
Mpongwe (1 Position)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Branch Operations and Administration.
Sales and Business Development.
Loan Processing and Compliance.
Loan Repayments and Collections.
Staff Supervision and Performance Management.
Reporting and Performance Analysis.
Customer Service.
Risk Management and Internal Controls.
Communication and Management Support.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must be residents of the town they are applying to work in, either Solwezi or Mpongwe.
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a microfinance institution or financial services environment, will be an added advantage.
Strong organisational, communication, and supervisory skills.
Ability to monitor branch performance, coordinate daily operations, and support sales and loan collection activities.
Must be results-oriented, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
2. FINANCE INTERN
Location: Lusaka
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Bank Reconciliation.
Collections.
Administrative Support.
