Business Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

Our Administrative Operations Team is hiring a temporary Business Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Business Operations team. Reporting to the Business Operations Analyst, this role will assist with transactional activities, system updates, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to help maintain day-to-day workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist with PO/SO processing and routine system updates
• Support procurement and shipment coordination
• Assist with receiving-related activities and documentation
• Maintain supplier reports, trackers, and other operational data
• Process PR/NPR updates and maintain related records
• Support credit card purchases, receipt uploads, and documentation
• Manage Jotform requests and other administrative workflows
• Assist with item setup and approval processes
• Coordinate follow-ups with Engineering, Procurement, Warehouse, Program Management, and other teams
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Business Operations Analyst

Knowledge, Abilities & Skills

• 1-3 years of administrative, operations, business support, or coordinator experience
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in business systems and learning new processes
• Strong Excel and general Microsoft Office skills
