NPI Engineer

What you’ll do:

Job Summary:

1. Lead the industrialization and launch of new products through the PROLaunch-NPI process.

2. Manage product transfer and localization projects using the PROLaunch-STP framework.

3. Drive VAVE initiatives to improve product cost competitiveness and manufacturing efficiency."

Job Responsibilities:

1. Take overall ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and manufacturing readiness.

2. Track project performance and drive issue resolution to ensure on-time delivery of project milestones.

3. Serve as the primary manufacturing representative and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project KPIs, including TTM, cost, quality, technical requirements, and automation objectives.

4. Facilitate effective communication among Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, and global project teams.

5. Promote continuous improvement of project management processes and manufacturing operations.

6. Coach and mentor team members in project management principles, tools, and best practices."

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the power supply industry or related products.

Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and other project management systems.

Familiar with product development processes, manufacturing processes, and new product introduction (NPI) methodologies.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Lean principles, and Design Thinking is preferred.

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.

Fluent in both spoken and written English, with strong communication skills in a global business environment.

Self-motivated, passionate, patient, and result-oriented, with a strong curiosity for emerging technologies and industry trends.

Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
