The Opportunity: ECI has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Analyst, who will act as a Dedicated QA Analyst. To be successful as a QA Analyst, you should have experience in Data, AI, Cloud and Web Application testing, API testing. Brief understanding of testing approaches. Good communication skills are required. This individual will have a strong technical aptitude and a desire to learn and share knowledge.

This is a Hybrid role.

What you will do:

Review and analyze system specifications.

Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.

Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.

Evaluate product code according to specifications.

Create logs to document testing phases and defects.

Who you are:

2+ years of working experience in Manual Testing.

Must have good experience in Web Application testing, API testing.

Exposure in working in Agile Projects.Working experience in Jira, Postman, Swagger etc.

Well versed with API Testing and holds familiarity with JSON and XMLAbility to analyze requirements, develop a test plan, create and execute test cases, track defects, and report results.Designing & Implementing Test Strategy.

Creating Test Plan and getting approvals.Organizing and monitoring defect management process.Handling changes and conducting Regression Testing.

Having knowledge of OOPS, Distributed or parallel system testing.

Good to have knowledge of Database testing.

Good to have TDD/BDD, Cinnamon/Cucumber frameworks.

Would have performed or knowledge of unit, regression and UAT

Would have knowledge API testing, REST APIs.

Experience in object-oriented programming languages: Java.Exposure to AI productivity tools, LLN, LangChain, Agentic AI, RAG, Claude will be added advantage.

Hands on experience in scripting knowledge such as python / JavaScript & typescript.

Bonus points if you have: Mobile application (iOS & Android) testing.
