Your profile

• You’ve built your expertise through real-world experience not just theory (degree is a plus, not a must)
• 5+ years in system engineering, working hands-on in professional environments
• Confident across Windows, Active Directory / Azure, Microsoft 365, Linux, and Mac
• Experienced in M365 backup strategies and local backup solutions
• Strong networking know-how (switching, VLANs, firewalls, segmentation, NAC)
• Proven in implementing and maintaining IT security concepts
• Work independently when needed but know how to collaborate effectively
• Structure your work, prioritize well, and take ownership of your tasks
• Bring a professional mindset: reliable, solution-oriented, and used to getting things done
• Communicate clearly in English; German is a plus.

The final step is the most exciting: we invite you to our office! Here, you’ll try a small, hands-on case study don’t worry, it’s not a test, just a playful way for us to show how we work and for you to get a real feel of our world.
