Business Development Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

• Drive end-to-end sales of biofuels and promote and EACs(environmental attribute cert) in the China market, consistently build the sales pipeline and explore business opportunities.
• Build, manage, and forecast a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
• Maintain Key account relationship and ensure the customer satisfaction
• Coordinate Solutions sales project & activities including NDA / customer onboarding / solution, engineering & partnership, negotiations & contracting, and logistics related matter
• Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise clients across priority sectors, including - but not limited to - airlines, data centers, pharmaceuticals, fast fashion, manufacturing, and other energy-intensive industries.

Qualifications and Requirements :

• Self-motivated, driven, and fast-learning, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong interest in renewable energy and eager to learn new things
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Energy Engineering, Chemical Engineering is preferrable but not mandatory
• Understanding in biofuels,environmental attribute certificates (EACs is an advantage.
• Relationship management skills
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Demonstrated relationship management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and build trust-based partnerships.
• 5-10 years of experience in business development, sales, with a proven track record of closing complex B2B deals.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
