Ecolab Internship Program - Finance.

As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking ambitious and enthusiastic interns who are eager to learn and build a career in Finance. This is an excellent opportunity for students who want to gain hands-on experience in a global company and develop professionally in a dynamic, international environment.

Interns will join our Finance teams in Kraków and contribute to various functional areas, including:

• Financial Analysis

• Supply Chain Finance

• Finance & Administration (incl. Treasury)

• Global Business Services

• Corporate Controlling

• Accounting

• Operations & Controls

You will work closely with experienced professionals, support daily operations, and contribute to meaningful projects that impact financial performance across Ecolab.

What We Expect:

• Active student status with at least six months before thesis defense.
• Eligibility to work in Poland.
• Availability of around 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in a hybrid setup.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of VBA, Power BI, or SAP is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work in an international environment.
• Ability to independently handle tasks and processes after onboarding.
