Sr Software Engineer-ServiceNow

We are seeking a skilledServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, follow best practices, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices

• Customize ServiceNow applications usingBusiness Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules such asÏTSM,CSM,APO,MCO,FinanceManagement,Employee Centre.

• Build and supportintegrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, andIntegrationHub

• Create and manageworkflows,FlowDesingerandETL,Integration Hub,DataFabric/Zero Copy Connectors,tranformation

• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of platform issues

• Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases

• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements

• Follow SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and change management processes

• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-onServiceNow development experience

• Strong experience with JavaScript,REST/SOAP APIsand integrations

(server-side and client-side)

• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture

• Experience with (Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash lifecycle, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable etc)

• Familiarity withCMDB andITSM

• Experience withotherApplication would be plus likeITOM, HRSD.

• Understanding ofACLs, roles, and security best practices

• Experience working inAgile/Scrum environments

• ServiceNow certifications such as:

• Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• Module-specific certifications (CSM,ITSM,MCOetc.)

• Experience withServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting

• Knowledge ofUI Builder, Service Portal, and Workspace configuration

• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and ATF (Automated Test Framework)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

• Min5+ Yearsof experienceinServicenow

• Experience with cloud platforms (CSM, MCO,APO)

• Knowledge ofITIL processes

• Experience supporting global enterprise environments
