Associate Account Executive, Creator Marketing

Job Summary**
EDELMAN MEXICO is seeking an Associate Account Executive to join our Creator Marketing team. This role will support the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns, working closely with clients, creators, and internal teams to deliver impactful and measurable results.
Job Responsibilities**
* Assist in the research, identification, and vetting of suitable creators and influencers for client campaigns across various platforms.
* Support the negotiation and contracting process with creators, ensuring adherence to campaign objectives and budget.
* Coordinate creator content development, review, and approval processes, ensuring brand guidelines and messaging are met.
* Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and contribute to the generation of comprehensive campaign reports.
* Facilitate communication between clients, creators, and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution.
* Maintain organized campaign documentation, including creator databases, content calendars, and performance trackers.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in creator marketing.
* Provide administrative support to the Creator Marketing team as needed.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
* 0-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or public relations, with a strong interest in influencer marketing.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Familiarity with various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
* Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience with influencer marketing platforms or tools is a plus.
