We are looking for experienced Quant Traders to join one of the leading proprietary trading firms. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating alpha through High-Frequency Trading (HFT) or Mid-Frequency Trading (MFT) strategies across global and domestic markets.

Responsibilities:

Research, develop, implement, and optimise profitable quantitative trading strategies.
Trade and manage systematic or discretionary strategies across multiple asset classes.
Monitor live trading performance, PnL, execution quality, and risk metrics.
Perform alpha research using market data, statistical analysis, and quantitative techniques.
Improve execution quality, latency, and trading efficiency.
Work closely with Quant Researchers and Quant Developers to enhance trading infrastructure.
Conduct strategy backtesting, validation, and production deployment.
Continuously identify new trading opportunities across markets.

Requirements:

3 - 9 years of experience in HFT, MFT, proprietary trading, or hedge funds.
Strong understanding of market microstructure and electronic trading.
Experience trading one or more asset classes: equities, futures, options, commodities, fixed income, FX, and ETFs.
Proven experience with any trading style: High-Frequency Trading (HFT), Mid-Frequency Trading (MFT), Statistical Arbitrage, Market Making, Spread Trading, Directional Trading, Relative Value, Volatility Trading, Options Trading, Index Arbitrage, and Commodity Trading.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Programming knowledge in Python, C++, kdb+/q, Rust, or Java is preferred.
Excellent understanding of risk management and execution.

Preferred Background:

Experience in Proprietary Trading Firms, HFT Firms, MFT Firms, Hedge Funds, or Electronic Trading Desks.
A strong academic background from Tier-1 institutes is preferred.
Demonstrated live trading track record with consistent profitability and strong risk-adjusted returns.

Experience in any of the following:

Indian Markets: NSE, BSE, MCX.
US Markets: CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX, NASDAQ, NYSE.
European Markets: Eurex, Euronext, ICE.
