Customer Success Executive

Key Responsibilities

·      Act as the primary coordination point between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

·      Coordinate with clients and vendors to understand requirements and ensure timely execution.

·      Schedule and coordinate client meetings, review meetings, demos, and follow-up discussions.

·      Maintain regular communication with clients and provide updates on ongoing activities.

·      Handle post-app support and coordinate with the relevant technical/support team for issue resolution.

·      Follow up with internal teams and vendors to ensure client concerns are resolved within the required timelines.

·       Manage and execute the client onboarding process, ensuring all required activities are completed smoothly.

·      Collect, verify, maintain, and organize client-related documents and records.

·      Coordinate with clients for completion of required documentation, forms, agreements, and other onboarding formalities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

·      Graduate in any discipline.

·      1–3 years of experience in Client Coordination, Client Success, Customer Support, Account Management, Operations, or similar roles.

·      Candidates with experience in EdTech, School ERP, SaaS, IT services, or software-based products will be preferred.

·      Should be comfortable communicating with clients, vendors, and internal teams through calls, emails, and meetings.
