Export Sales Specialist

Develop and execute export sales plans for Fresh & Frozen products in line with the company’s overall strategy.
Identify and develop new export markets and establish new sales channels across international markets.
Acquire new customers including Importers, Distributors, Wholesalers, Retailers, Food Service companies, and International Trading Companies.
Build, manage, and maintain strong long-term business relationships with international customers.
Monitor international markets and analyze pricing, competitors, and global supply and demand trends.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, seasonal, and annual sales targets.
Prepare commercial offers and negotiate pricing, payment terms, supply conditions, and contracts.
Negotiate product specifications, quantities, packaging formats, Private Label requirements, and other customer requirements.
Manage contracts and customer orders while ensuring achievement of targeted profit margins.
Manage key accounts and continuously develop business volume with existing customers.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the characteristics and export requirements of Fresh Produce and Frozen Food Products.
Monitor product specifications, sizing, quality standards, and packaging requirements according to each market’s requirements.
Coordinate with Packhouse / Frozen Factory teams to ensure customer orders are executed according to agreed specifications.
Monitor seasonal supply programs and ensure the availability of required products and quantities.
Coordinate closely with Planning, Production, Packhouse, Quality, Logistics, and Shipping teams to ensure export programs are executed on schedule.
Follow up on container and shipment preparation and loading according to customer ETA requirements and specifications.
Coordinate export documentation and procedures with the relevant departments.
Identify and resolve operational or logistical issues that may affect customer satisfaction or delivery schedules.
Maintain strong post-sales relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and quality claims and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
Follow up on collections and customer payments in coordination with the Finance Department.
Utilize CRM / ERP systems to record and monitor customers, sales opportunities, and orders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
1–3 years of proven experience in Export Sales.
Proven experience in exporting Fresh Produce and/or Frozen Food Products is mandatory.
Experience with agricultural products such as Citrus, Potatoes, Onions, Vegetables, Fruits, and Frozen Products is highly preferred.
Proven experience dealing with Importers, Distributors, Wholesalers, and International Buyers.
Strong network of international customers and overseas markets is a strong advantage.
Strong skills in Negotiation, Pricing, Business Development, and Account Management.
Good knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and shipping processes.
Strong ability to analyze international markets, competitors, and global pricing trends.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/Sap systems.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.
Female candidates are preferred.
Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have previous experience working for an agricultural company specialized in the production and/or export of Fresh & Frozen agricultural products.
