The Impact You’ll Make

• TDOT project plan review
• Staff resource management and mentoring
• Attend Pre-Construction, media, and other meetings as requested
• Follow TDOT requirements and Specification per plan design on projects
• Help with project documentation as requested
• Project layout per project plans
• TDOT Embedment in the Region 3 Construction office
• Within 2 years or less help build and lead an Expansion in Jackson, TN

• Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.
• Possess a valid driver's license, travel will be required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• A proactive and self-motivated work ethic with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation & Pay Transparency

At Egis, we believe transparency helps candidates make informed career decisions. As part of our commitment to an open and equitable hiring process, we've included the anticipated base salary range for this position below.

Anticipated Base Salary Range: $100,00.00 per year

In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive compensation, where applicable, and a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes health benefits, retirement savings, paid time off, professional development opportunities, and other employee programs.
