Manage and oversee daily Hard Services operations across assigned sites.
Supervise all technical maintenance activities, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
Ensure the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
Monitor maintenance performance and ensure compliance with agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Coordinate with clients regarding technical requirements and maintenance issues.
Manage subcontractors and technical service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Monitor manpower allocation, spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials.
Prepare regular technical and maintenance reports.
Ensure proper execution of work orders and maintenance requests.
Identify technical issues and implement effective corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards, technical specifications, and company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
2–4 years of experience in Facility Management.
Previous experience in managing Facility Management projects and site operations.
Good knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing maintenance.
Good understanding of SLA and KPI monitoring.
Experience in managing site teams and coordinating with clients.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Very good command of Microsoft Office.
Good command of English.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational requirements.
