HR Generlist

Westview International Language School is seeking a passionate and innovative HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

• * Manage daily HR operations and employee records.
• * Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• * Prepare and maintain HR documentation, contracts, and personnel files.
• * Support attendance, leave, and payroll-related processes.
• * Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and HR-related concerns.
• * Support performance management, training, and employee engagement activities.
• * Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• * Prepare HR reports and support HR projects and initiatives

Requirements

• Requirements
• * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• * 2-4 years of experience in HR Generalist or a similar role.
• * Good knowledge of HR practices and Egyptian Labor Law.
• * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Very good English language skills.
• * Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• * Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• * Previous experience in a school/educational environment is a plus
