DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Own customer environment health and ensure uptime SLA of 99.99%.
• Perform first-level triaging and debugging for environment and deployment issues.
• Manage and maintain build and deployment pipelines.
• Execute and manage Terraform templates; own the stack update tool.
• Collaborate with the Implementation team during customer setup and upgrades.
• Set up and maintain monitoring dashboards for system performance and alerts.
• Review and manage IAM policies, ensuring least privilege access.
• Support compliance audits with proper documentation and system checks.
• Monitor cloud spend and assist in cost optimisation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in DevOps.
• Python scripting Expert level proficiency.
• AWS Expert level understanding (VPC, EC, 2 IAM, RDS, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, etc. ).
• Azure or GCP Working knowledge (able to navigate console and identify equivalents).
• On-Premise Experience with VM management and basic networking concepts.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Strong hands-on with Terraform.
• Kubernetes (EKS) Basics of Helm charts and pod-level troubleshooting.
• Docker Container management and image deployment.
• Linux and Bash: Strong command-line and scripting capabilities.
• Database operations RDS, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, and Redshift management.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc. )
• Familiarity with Cloud Security and Compliance frameworks.
• Experience in cost monitoring tools (CloudHealth, Cost Explorer, etc. ).
