Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–6+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter. Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.). Proven experience recruiting IT and Engineering professionals. Excellent sourcing and negotiation skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Familiarity with ATS, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with US staffing agencies. Knowledge of vendor management systems (VMS). Exposure to MSP environments. Ability to work in US time zones.
