About the role:

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring excellent service delivery and maintaining high product quality standards. You will build strong relationships with service partners and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the organization to drive operational excellence and enhance the customer experience.

You will be acting as a vital link between service partners and manufacturing sites and coordinate quality-related activities, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help ensure that products and services consistently meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Where you will be: You will be based in our Sales Office in Kyiv, Ukraine. We currently operate in a primarily remote working model, with most employees working from home while staying closely connected with their teams and colleagues.

What you’ll do:

• Acting as first-line technical support to authorized service partners (ASP)

• Control over the RCT (repair cycle time) based on the claim validation system

• Product quality control based on feedback from ASPs

• Administration of Electrolux technical applications

• Optimize costs via improvement of service network and control of Sales Fixed Costs

• Administration and development of the Mobile Engineer Project in Ukraine

• Acting with factories and quality service of the company, preparation of reports on the quality of products based on the analysis of the claim validation system

• Monitoring of Ukrainian legislation in the area of the import Technical regulation

• Control over the filling of the Branded Warranty Card and its availability in the finished product warehouse

• Processing and registration in the claim validation system from Electrolux Ukraine customers for pre-sales calls

• Provide strong support to OSS department in projects and new initiatives

Requirementsand qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Consumer Service, or After-Sales/Aftermarket Services.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Project management knowledge and experience would be considered a strong advantage.

• Good understanding of consumer rights and consumer protection regulations.

• Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform well under pressure.

• Intermediate level of English and fluent Ukrainian language skills.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
