Senior .NET Developer

Your mission:

• Manage multiple R&D projects from initial concept through successful delivery-setting priorities, defining timelines, allocating team resources, and keeping everyone aligned.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure key milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
• When plans no longer reflect reality, help the team adapt quickly by proposing solutions, adjusting priorities, and initiating the necessary changes.
• Turn complex project information into a clear and actionable overview by preparing status, budget, risk, and progress reports, while maintaining accurate and well-organised documentation.
• Act as the key link between customers, partners, and internal teams-leading meetings, coordinating decisions, and ensuring smooth and effective communication.

That is you:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an R&D, engineering, electronics, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• The ability to manage several projects simultaneously and establish realistic priorities.
• Professional proficiency in English and native or fluent Lithuanian.
