Maintenance & Reliability Engineer

In this role, you will support site operations across the Central Region by troubleshooting equipment issues, leading root cause investigations, and driving reliability improvements to enhance plant safety, performance, and operational availability. Furthermore, you will analyse downtime events, identify improvement opportunities, and develop solutions to prevent recurring equipment failures while minimizing maintenance costs. Planning and supporting major maintenance activities, turnaround projects, and emergency repair works is part of your role to ensure critical equipment remains reliable and operational.

Additionally, you will conduct reliability and risk assessments, provide engineering recommendations, and support the implementation of equipment improvement initiatives across multiple sites. You will also collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, and external suppliers to deliver sustainable reliability improvements and maintenance excellence.
