必须遵守礼来苏州的各项规章制度及HSE指导方针，严格按照公司HR规章制度、GMP要求进行生产数据录入, 负责生产部培训管理，确保所有员工按时按量完成培训,跟踪协调生产部质量、健康、安全和环境方面, 以及生产运营改进项目的执行。主要职能：

Production Assistant must comply with the various rules and regulations and the HSE guidelines in Lilly Suzhou site. Theposition should be strict in following related HR policy and GMP standards, input datum for operation. Responsible for production training management and ensure all employees in PD finish the training on schedule according to training plan. Participate in improvement projects execution to compliance with Quality, HSE and efficiency in production operations. Key Objectives/Deliverables:

有GMP意识，严格遵守工作制度，有效利用工作时间。

Understand GMP sense, comply work regulation and keep effective.

能熟练掌握与工作相关的SOP/WI并完成相应培训内容。

Be able to master SOP/WI relevant to work and complete corresponding training.

有责任保障生产部员工按照工厂的规定和流程接受培训。

Responsible for ensuring personnel in PD are trained properly as per corporate and local policies and procedures.

严格遵守已有的政策及流程（安全，生产工艺，消毒，更衣等），确保所有操作员完成适当的培训。

Ensure strict compliance with established policies/procedures (Safety, Operations Procedures, Sanitization, Gowning, Etc.). Ensure operators are trained appropriately.

有责任协助相关人员监督生产部的运行和操作符合质量，环境、健康和安全的要求。

Responsible for supervise and participate the production operation keep compliance with Quality and HSE requirements with related people.

完成生产部文件的管理，及时完成文件回收，协助处理生产文件的登记和归档。

Complete the production documents, timely complete document recycling, and assist in the registration and filing of production documents.

担任部门协调员，支持新员工完成入职相关流程，跟踪管理生产部员工的培训计划，担任部门协调员，协助员工处理培训问题，根据情况为员工统一安排培训。

Act as department Training coordinator, support new employees to complete induction related processes, track and manage the learning plan of all the production staff, help the staff deal with the training issues and arrange the training for staff according to different situation.
