is seeking Installation Engineers to join our dynamic and fast-growing Installation Department based in our Plant in Corinth and Thiva.

As anInstallation Engineer, you will be able to supervise onshore and offshore cable installation and termination works.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Install, test, and maintain a variety of cable systems, including fiber optics, copper, and coaxial cables
• Provide clear directives to the on-site cable installation team regarding their responsibilities and targets
• Undertake extended periods of work onshore and offshore (Vessels/Offshore Platforms/ Offshore Wind Turbine Generators)
• Manage and supervise installation teams at the plant and at various project sites
• Maintain quality control procedures
• Monitor and control the quality of installation procedure
• Supervise and oversee the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met
• Maintain comprehensive site records
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure construction and site safety
• Maintain the project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems
• Control project plan and project costs
• Prepare project status report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends, and making recommendations for action

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil engineering
• Relevant working experience will be considered as an asset
• Excellent Knowledge of MS Office (Ms Project, Excel & Word)
• Excellent Command of English Language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Highly Energetic & Motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing project requirements
