Vehicle Logistics & Inventory Management:
Oversee the intake, staging, movement, and dispatch of vehicles to/from the branch and central warehouses.
Manage showroom display arrangements and external parking/staging areas efficiently.
Supervise initial vehicle inspections upon receipt and handover to ensure zero defects/damages.
Coordinate with the Sales and Logistics teams to ensure timely vehicle deliveries to clients.
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a relevant field.
Experience: 5 to 7+ years in administrative management and vehicle movement/fleet operations (automotive industry background strongly preferred).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to deal with mall management and vendors.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
