Wir, die emagine GmbH suchen für unsere Business Unit Insurance Cobol Anwendungsentwickler (m/w/d) für Mainframe-Systeme zur Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Legacy-Anwendungen.

Auslastung: 80-100%

Projektdauer: 12.2026 + Option

Einsatzart: Remote 95%, Onsite zur Einarbeitung / Süddeutschland

Aufgaben:

  • Betrieb und Erweiterung der Legacy-Anwendungen (Bestand, Steuerung, Output u.a.)

  • Konfiguration und Begleitung von Vertriebsanwendungen (Host und Online)

  • Testmanagement (Erstellen von Ladebeständen, Sonderanforderungen Testdaten, Durchführung technischer Regressionstests, Generierung der Berechtigungsprofile sowie Troubleshooting)

  • Projektbegleitung im Hybridbetrieb zwischen der Altwelt und neuen Anwendungs-/Spartensystemen

  • Erstellung und Umsetzung von Abbau- und Archivierungskonzepten im Rahmen der Hostabschaltung

Anforderungen:

  • Erfahrung als (Junior-) COBOL-Entwickler (m/w/d)

  • Gutes Verständnis der Zusammenhänge von HOST- und Client-Systemen

  • Erfahrungen im Qualitäts- und Testmanagement

  • Ausgeprägtes Serviceverständnis (Wartung und Weiterentwicklung)

  • Projekte in der Versicherungsbranche

  • Technisches Skillset:

  • COBOL

  • JCL

  • TSO/ISPF + grundlegendes Verständnis TSO-naher Applikationen

  • IMS DB/DC

  • DB2
