Wir, die emagine, suchen einen erfahrenen SAP HCM Entwickler (m/w/d) mit fundiertem Know-how im Bereich SAP HCM Berechtigungen für einen langfristigen Projekteinsatz.

Start: ab April / Mai

Auslastung: bis zu 100 %

Einsatzort: überwiegend remote bei Wohn- und Arbeitsort in Deutschland (gelegentliche Kundentermine in Düsseldorf)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung bestehender kundenspezifischer Entwicklungen im SAP HCM-Berechtigungsumfeld
  • Analyse und Verständnis komplexer fachlicher und behördlicher Anforderungen
  • Unterstützung des Kunden bei der Optimierung bestehender Lösungen und - wo möglich - Annäherung an den SAP-Standard
  • Entwicklung und Betreuung von Backend-Komponenten (z. B. Datenstrukturen im SAP Dictionary, Dynpros, OData Services)
  • Mitarbeit an modernen Frontend-Lösungen (z. B. SAP UI5 Apps, CDS Views)
  • Beratung und Wissenstransfer innerhalb des Projektteams

Dein Profil:

  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung als SAP HCM Entwickler oder SAP Application Consultant
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich SAP HCM Berechtigungen, insbesondere:
    • kontextsensitive Berechtigungen
    • strukturelle Berechtigungen
  • Erfahrung mit individuellen SAP-Entwicklungen und komplexen Kundenlandschaften
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem öffentlichen Bereich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit klassischen und modernen SAP-Technologien
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
