Senior DevOps Engineer - French fluent - Full-Remote (Portugal-based)
Summary
We are hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to be part of a technology-driven company focused on delivering secure, scalable, and reliable payment solutions. The role of the Senior DevOps Engineer is pivotal to ensure high availability and accelerate software delivery while collaborating closely with development and product teams.
Main Responsibilities
Design, maintain, and optimise CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
Automate deployments in Auto Scaling environments using tools like GitHub Actions and AWS CodeDeploy.
Manage deployments within Plesk environments for various applications including Core API and POS systems.
Define, document, and standardise deployment and rollback procedures.
Continuously enhance deployment processes for reliability and efficiency.
Deploy and improve the monitoring and observability ecosystem.
Ensure proactive monitoring of infrastructure, applications, and critical services.
Manage monitoring tools and dashboards (Grafana, UptimeRobot) to ensure centralised logging and analysis.
Implement real-time error tracking and alerting systems using Sentry.
Define operational KPIs to enhance system reliability and incident response times.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline design.
Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and AWS CodeDeploy.
Experience managing AWS environments (EC2, Auto Scaling).
Strong Linux systems administration skills.
Experience with Grafana, Loki, and Sentry.
French advanced level.
Nice to Have
Experience with Plesk administration.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
Background in fintech or regulated industries.
