What will you do?

• Own the full end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of professional and specialist roles across different business functions, from intake meeting to successful hire.

• Develop effective sourcing strategies and proactively identify, engage, and attract top talent through Active Sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other relevant channels.

• Conduct initial candidate interviews, assess qualifications and potential, and guide candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and support hiring decisions.

• Ensure an excellent candidate experience by providing a professional, transparent, and timely recruitment process.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and share market insights and best practices with the Talent Acquisition team.

• Stay informed about labor market trends and use recruiting data and market intelligence to continuously improve hiring quality and efficiency.

What are we looking for?

• 3 - 4 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Executive Search, or Active Sourcing.

• Proven experience recruiting across multiple business functions and seniority levels, ideally in an international environment.

• Strong knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, including headhunting, talent mapping, market research, and direct candidate engagement.

• Strong candidate assessment skills with the ability to evaluate qualifications, potential, and overall fit for a role.

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing, recruitment, and talent intelligence tools.

• A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working with excellent communication skills.

• Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.

Salary:

The salary range for this position is €50,000-€60,000 per year, depending on the candidate's professional experience, relevant skills and knowledge, and educational qualifications.
