Was ist Dein Beitrag?

• Du arbeitest direkt und aktiv in unserem Tagesgeschäft im Recruitment, unterstützt bei Themen wie Active Sourcing, der Interview-Führung und in der Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Account Managern

• Die Arbeit mit Profil- Datenbanken, Job-Boards und verschiedenen Social Media Kanälen gehört zu Deinen Aufgaben.

• In persönlichen und telefonischen Interviews qualifizierst Du die jeweiligen Kandidaten und überzeugst sie von Deinem Projekt.

• Du tauschst Dich eng mit dem Account Management aus und bist über alle Einzelheiten der Stelle und des Auftraggebers im Bilde.
