Currently, around 4,000 employees are working at CARIAD on the digital transformation of the car. CARIAD is working intensively on the software and technology platform for Premium Platform Electric (PPE). The first vehicles based on PPE will be the electric Porsche Macan and Audi Q6 e-tron. At the core of CARIAD is the development of the unified and scalable software and technology platform E³ 2.0 for all Group brands. E³ stands for ‘end to end electronics architecture’. The new software and technology platform is built from scratch and will be used first at the end of 2024 in Artemis, the lighthouse project of Audi. Software Developer - ADA | ADAS L2/L3
About ADA
ADA delivers end-to-end ADAS software capabilities across L2 and L3 automation, covering requirements, development, integration, validation, safety, CI/CD, and release management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, integrate, and validate AOS Gateway and AOS executables within AOS repositories.
- Work with Artifactory and Bazel modules for software integration and delivery.
- Support ADAS L3 safety analysis, documentation, and FuSa concept adaptation.
- Develop and implement trajectory plausibility checks, anomaly detection, and cross-fusion validation.
- Define and implement KPIs and criticality metrics for ADAS L2 systems.
- Develop monitoring and visualization dashboards using Dash and Grafana.
- Contribute to CI/CD defect management and continuous integration development using Jenkins.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable software integration, validation, and release quality.
