Program Manager - Founder Branding

The Role:
About 70% of our users have never coded before. They are small business owners, solo founders, and operators who had an idea and no engineer to build it with. We are hiring someone to run founder branding for our CEO and co-founder. You will own the founder content programme end-to-end, with LinkedIn, X, and newsletters as the main surfaces.
Half the job is writing. You will draft posts, threads, and newsletter editions in each founder's voice, which means spending enough time with them to know how they actually think and talk. The other half is running the programme: pulling ideas out of the founders' heads, holding a calendar, keeping the cadence steady during weeks when they are travelling or heads-down, chasing approvals, and making sure nothing sits in draft for three weeks. Most of our audience is in the US and Europe. This is a full-time role based in Bangalore, reporting to the Head of Brand and Marketing.
What You'll Do:
- Draft LinkedIn posts, X posts, and threads for both founders, in their own voice
- Write and ship a regular newsletter
- Run a weekly or fortnightly capture session with each founder to source raw material
- Turn internal material, product decisions, customer conversations, and half-finished thoughts into publishable posts
- Own the content calendar and hold the publishing cadence
- Manage the approval loop and keep the turnaround short
- Repurpose founder material across surfaces: a podcast appearance becomes posts, a post becomes a newsletter section
- Monitor comments and mentions, and flag what needs a founder reply
- Track performance, report on it monthly, and change the approach based on what is working
- Coordinate with the PR and social leads so founder content and brand content are not saying the same thing on the same day
What We're Looking For:
- At least 4 years in founder branding, personal branding, or executive communications, with named people whose content you wrote
- Writing samples from LinkedIn and X that performed, with the numbers
- Proven ability to write convincingly in someone else's voice
- Strong programme management instincts: you keep a calendar honest and unblock things without being asked twice
- Comfort working directly with founders and senior people, including pushing back when a post is not worth publishing
- Enough grasp of startups, software, and AI to write credibly about them
- Familiarity with what lands on LinkedIn and X in US and European markets
- Based in Bangalore, or willing to relocate
Nice to Have:
- Newsletter experience, including growth and list management
- Experience prepping founders for podcasts, panels, or press
- Media relations experience
- Video scripting for founder-led formats
