Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end product design for key parts of the Emergent platform.
  • Turn complex workflows into clear, intuitive experiences.
  • Work closely with engineers and product to ship fast, high-quality features.
  • Design flows, interactions, and UI with strong attention to detail.
  • Contribute to product thinking and not just execution.
  • Help evolve patterns and systems as the product grows.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products.
  • Strong interaction and visual design fundamentals.
  • Comfort working on technical or complex products (you don't need to code, but you should enjoy collaborating with engineers).
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and make good decisions with incomplete information.
  • Clear communication and strong product intuition.
  • High ownership mindset: you care deeply about what ships.

Nice to Have:

  • Some hands-on experience with code, or a genuine interest in experimenting with it.
  • Experience designing AI-powered products or systems.
  • Familiarity with design systems and scaling patterns.
