In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Manage teams and ensure that performance targets are met or exceeded and proactively communicate with various stakeholders’ critical updates that could impact on the business.
- Support projects related to continuous improvement and other ad hoc tasks to support the strategic priorities of the business.
- Handle escalations and ensure that customer requests and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
- Develop individual contributors to ensure they can maximize their talents and fully explore career opportunities within Emerson.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate team activities that will increase engagement and drive morale.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering-related field.
- At least 1 year of progressive leadership experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Knowledge of other reporting applications is a plus.
- Experience in project proposals is a plus.
