Job Overview:

A leading property development company is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in Google Ads, SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and a solid understanding of web development processes. The role demands creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to drive brand visibility and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Google Ads & Paid Campaigns

• Develop and manage high-performing ad campaigns on Google Search, Display, and YouTube.
• Analyze ad performance and fine-tune bidding strategies for optimal results.

SEO & Web Optimization

• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost website rankings.
• Collaborate with developers to maintain SEO-friendly web architecture and resolve technical issues.

Social Media Marketing

• Design and run paid and organic campaigns on platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Craft engaging content and optimize campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.

PPC & Lead Generation

• Create and manage pay-per-click campaigns that deliver qualified leads.
• Monitor conversion funnels and suggest improvements for better acquisition rates.

Reporting & Analysis

• Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights for data-driven decision making.
• Present monthly reports on campaign performance and improvement plans to management.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, or a related field.
• 5 - 7 years of professional experience in digital marketing, especially in Google Ads, SEO, PPC, and social media platforms.
• Prior experience working with web development teams to align marketing strategies with website structure.
• Strong knowledge of real estate/property marketing trends is an advantage.
• Proficient in tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
