Job Title: Production Engineer - Quarry Operations

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Reports to: Operations Manager / Quarry Manager

Job Summary

• We seek a competent and results-driven Production Engineer to oversee quarry crushing and processing operations, optimize plant performance, minimize downtime, ensure product quality, and achieve production targets in compliance with HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor production output, plant efficiency, and equipment performance.
• Coordinate with mining, maintenance, and quality control teams.
• Identify process improvements to reduce downtime, waste, and operational costs.
• Supervise daily crushing, screening, and material handling operations.
• Ensure product quality, HSE compliance, and accurate production reporting.
• Supervise production personnel and support staff development.

Requirements

• 5–7 years' relevant experience in quarry operations, crushing plants, or mineral processing.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mining, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of production optimization, equipment performance, and HSE standards.
