Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Durchführung von Kundenprojekten - von der Aufnahme und Analyse bis zur Umsetzung
  • Betreuung der physikalischen und virtuellen IT-Infrastrukturen unserer Kunden
  • Partnerschaftliche Betreuung unserer Kunden
  • Analysieren und Beheben von Störungen im Security- und Systemumfeld
  • Protokollierung aller Vorgänge in unserem Ticketsystem
  • Projektieren von IT-Systemen einschließlich Entwurf, Installation, Wartung und Betrieb
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von IT-Konzepten, Notfallplanungen und Dokumentationen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, eine vergleichbare oder auch höherwertige Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der IT-Systemadministration
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Virtualisierungen und Microsoft Windows Server
  • Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Security und Netzwerktechnologien
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Office 365 und Cloud-Technologien
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, ein Team zu koordinieren und zu motivieren
  • Ein zielorientierter und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsstil
  • Aufgabenübergreifendes und kundenorientiertes denken
  • Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und jeden Tag Neues hinzuzulernen
